About You: As a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Architect, you will guide our customers on how to architect, build, and secure their revenue-critical systems and troubleshoot potential platform issues.

As a member of our Cloud Engineering team, you will be working with our most strategic customers. Together, you will consult, mentor, and coach our customers in their journey to develop resilient, high-performing and cost-efficient software stacks; spearhead application modernization through technologies like containerization; and transform their cloud operations through philosophies like “infrastructure as a code”.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and solve complex infrastructure challenges
  • Create and deliver best practices recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, sample code, and technical presentations adapting to different levels of key business and technical stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively via video conferencing for meetings, technical reviews and onsite delivery activities https://grnh.se/f12b83f43us
  • The ability to travel as needed 

Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving systems engineering (e.g., physics or mathematics), or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in one or more of the following: C, C++, Java, Python, Go, Perl, Ruby or shell scripting
  • Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems internals and administration (e.g., filesystems, inodes, system calls) or networking (e.g., TCP/IP, routing, network topologies and hardware, SDN)
  • Expertise in designing, analyzing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems
  • Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive
  • Ability to debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks
